What would ‘living life to the full’ look like for you?
Would you like to improve your physical, emotional or spiritual health and explore, with others, ways to make the most of life?
Time to Thrive Now offer 3 types of sessions that each create a space for you to reflect and to work creatively on making the most of your life; courses, drop in Time to Thrive group sessions & coaching.
The first two sessions will look at what it means to live life to the full for each of us – individually and together. They will provide space to explore this question and how we can improve the different facets of our wellbeing and life as a whole. They will provide opportunity to develop ideas, build inspiration and confidence to make a difference in our own lives and, through this, to impact the lives of others. Sessions will provide space, information, ideas, inspiration, and support.
- Sessions will include presented sessions*, discussion, reflection, individual planning, review and mutual support*.
- This will focus on: getting balance in our lives, improving our wellbeing, personal development, addressing life’s challenges and making the most of opportunities.
Living Life to the Full Course – 6 week courses starting 22nd February and 19th April 2018. February course starts on Thursday. Time to Thrive Wellbeing & Personal Development sessions – 3-4 weekly sessions for anyone curious to explore and give a little time and attention to enhancing their lives. Start 6th July 2017. Sessions 9th Nov, 7th Dec 2017, 18th Jan, 15th Feb 2018 click for more info & bookings
Thursdays 1.15 – 3.00pm or 7.15-9.00pm at Portswood Church Centre.
Personal Coaching – Coaching is one-on-one support to help you draw on your best in making a positive difference in your life (and through this, those around you). This could help you work out what would make a difference or help you make progress (or get untuck) in an area of life you’ve already decided you want to address. *Coaching does not involve presented sessions but pursues making practical progress in your chosen priorities. The cost is £35 / face-to-face session or £25 / phone or Skype session. Half price tasters available on request.
