Time to Thrive Now offer 3 types of sessions that each create a space for you to reflect and to work creatively on making the most of your life; courses, drop in Time to Thrive group sessions & coaching.
The course focuses on encouraging people to take proactive steps towards supporting their own mental and physical wellbeing, using elements of life coaching, sports psychology, mindfulness and CBT. It enables people to take on the challenges of life in a supportive and positive way.
- Sessions will include presented sessions, discussion, reflection, individual planning, review and mutual support.
- This will focus on: getting balance in our lives, improving our wellbeing, personal development, addressing life’s challenges and making the most of opportunities.

Personal Coaching – Coaching is one-on-one support to help you draw on your best in making a positive difference in your life (and through this, those around you). This could help you work out what would make a difference or help you make progress (or get untuck) in an area of life you’ve already decided you want to address. *Coaching does not involve presented sessions but pursues making practical progress in your chosen priorities. The cost is £35 / face-to-face session or £25 / phone or Skype session. Half price tasters available on request.
